My interest as a filmmaker is in creating short, atmospheric films that capture the memory of a specific moment—a gold-dappled afternoon in the woods or soft twilight pulling in around a dinner party. Sometimes I storyboard, but more often my focus is in building the narrative around a few specific shots, then capturing the elements that often linger at the edges of our vision and might otherwise be forgotten.
